EMRDA received 2nd prize Award and Certificate from the hands of FDRE Finance and Economic Development State Minster Dr. Abraham Tekeste.

The organization managed to effectively implement the bridging phase and yield significant education service improvements and area & sector scalability aspiration of this phase. Currently, the organization is executing the remaining planned project activities of the bridging phase and maintains regular and strict follow up on implementation of Joint Action Plans (JAPs) prepared by the community and government stakeholders collectively. These JAPs are developed as a result of Interface Meeting facilitated by EMRDA in the prior periods of the bridging phase. While overseeing the implementation of JAPs, the organization also plans to capture success stories and document best practices to utilize the lessons for its similar engagements and share EMRDA’s SA experience to other likeminded organizations.
